We confirm that our German Bakery Schwarzwald is working according to German quality- and international HCCP standards. We have regular inspections of local authorities and our internal quality control team.
A German Chief Baker is regularly visiting our bakery in order to further develop and improve our products and quality control system with its network of monitoring and control items. This includes our German bakery products as well as our equipment and ovens.
Our staff has regular health tests according to Kyrgyz and international rules and regulations. Tests and examinations are performed by local authorities and hospitals.
To further improve the quality of our products we have begun to bake a number of our products with “Bio-Flour” from a German farmer of the Issyk-Kul region in the Kyrgyz Republic. This will further enhance and foster the health and well-being of our customers.
Our “Vollkorn Fittnes Bread” contains besides seeds also “Kleie” which is part of the seeds separated during the milling process. It contains a variety of different minerals and helps digestion – thus adding to the wellbeing of our health oriented customers.
We can assure our customers that our products are free of any chemicals or other non-organic ingredients.
Environment / Climate Change:
Our management has decided to reduce plastic packaging as far as possible. We will pack most of our products in paper bags or paper cases.
Deliveries – ordered from our new website or by phone – will be delivered by our co-operation partner “Milan Services” by electric vehicles whenever possible.
